Add template pipelines

It would make more sense if we create some template pipeline with some basic operations. This will be close to their use cases and easier to modify and bringup a pipeline.
One example template pipeline could be doing following:

1. Basic code for reading from Kafka
2. Filtering data
3. Windowing data
4. Basic transformation of data
5. Writing to a sink (e.g Feature store)
