Make kafka connect connectors (and in general components like SMTs) compatible with ServiceLoad mode of plugin.discovery.

Here is describe how to migrate to support ServiceLoad mode. In a nut shell a specific descriptor file must be added to META-INF/services/ folder of the released jar.
