Adding custom dns registers on vpc

When using VPC isolated network every deployed virtual machine name got registered in dnsmasq in the VR and is resolvable inside the vpc. Is there a way I can register my own hostname/endpoints that are not attached to a vm?

@KuasarCloud , in short no. There is some effort underway to support a plugable DNS framework and this sounds like a feature for that. However, I think the feature is meant the otherway around, i.e. having your VMs registered at an external DNS. But imagining your use-case it could be served by that. cc @wido .
