Description

1, Create an environment configuration bound to two worker groups.

2, During workflow scheduling or running, select the 'seatunnel' worker group and the 'env_two_group' environment configuration.

3, When I changed the worker group to 'g_121', the environment configuration was cleared.

This needs to be discussed. The current design is that environment variables are bound to the workgroup, which runs through all the logic.
