Describe the feature

Support scheduled synchronization of metadata to the vector database to facilitate user queries of metadata through RAG and LLM. On the other hand, Gravitino can also leverage LLM to allow users to retrieve metadata stored in Gravitino using natural language

Motivation

Larger companies may maintain hundreds of thousands or more tables in Gravitino. If Gravitino can retrieve the relevant tables and metadata through natural language, it would facilitate users in managing metadata with Gravitino. This also benefits companies in using Gravitino to integrate with ChatBI or Chat2Sql.
