This PR proposes to update the NuttX Dockerfile, with changes to NuttX Code + Ubuntu OS + Python + GCC + Zig. Please comment if there are concerns:

• Update CI Linux Docker file to use latest GNU and Clang toolchains #17849
• arch/arm/nrf: fix rtc functions return param #18092
• boards/sim: Fix watchdog callback #18094

Hi @lupyuen, can I create a test repository for NuttX Docker image on https://github.com/nuttx this afternoon UTC?
That way we can test everything thoroughly and identify any critical issues.

@Barto22 You might wanna learn how we're testing the new Docker Image through ghcr.io.

@lupyuen we need to understand how much space it takes up. The new toolchains are very heavy.

@lupyuen I created the repository and also an image with all the tools and toolchains updated in @Barto22's Dockerfile.
Now we just need to add a workflow to test the NuttX jobs matrix.

Hi @lupyuen, I have added a new workflow, but I need to change the package visibility Packages permissions from private to public, otherwise the new workflow cannot access the new NuttX docker image.

Run docker pull ghcr.io/nuttx/nuttx-docker-testing/apache-nuttx-ci-linux:latest
Error response from daemon: denied
Error: Process completed with exit code 1

Can I proceed?

Hi @lupyuen, the workflow test is OK.
Of course, updating the toolchains caused errors in the build of some board configurations.
It might be useful for finding some currently silent bugs. :)
I have now added all the jobs so that you can see the impact of the new NuttX image on the build of all boards.

Sorry I didn’t see this earlier. I agree with you all — I’ve added some changes, which have already been merged. I’ll get back to this in April when the new Ubuntu LTS is released. At that point, we’ll have the latest GCC and other packages available, and I’ll try to optimize the Dockerfile and update everything.
