Duplication across web pages

We currently have two web pages for Polaris:

• https://polaris.io/
• https://polaris.apache.org/

I'd think polaris.io should probably redirect to polaris.apache.org... or perhaps be a DNS CNAME?.. WDYT?

I don’t really have an opinion, but I noticed that they both show up separately on search engines right now which we could ideally resolve.

+1 on redirecting, or whatever the PPMC thinks is best. The intent was this domain would follow the project as part of any IP that needs to be handed over to the foundation
