go-redis :skyWalking failed to create exit span, got error: peer is empty

Hi :

i want to use skywalking track golang service. but my log got error. 

"go-redis :skyWalking failed to create exit span, got error: peer is empty".

so ,  i tried change go-redis version  and go agent version  , but still not work.  and i got error similar that.

i tried google this error ,  i got similar problem. but it's labeled a bug.  #12345 

how to find a way resolve this ? 

go-agent: 0.5.0
go-redis: 9.0.5

Could you help to give some examples about how to use the go-redis, then we can try to figure out what's happening.

I can't see you how to instance the RedisClusterIndex, could you help to make the example more clear?
