UpdateOptions not working until resize

Description

Same issue as #5027 whenusing update options the changes do not reflect until i resize the window, which triggers the changes

version: "4.7.0"

Steps to Reproduce

Taken from #5027 use the same steps

1- wait for it to load
2- click update options, nothing changes
3- resize the bottom window, see changes reflect suddenly

Expected Behavior

It should update the options as it used to do in v4.5.0

Actual Behavior

It does not update until you resize
