Publish appium_flutter in maven repository

Hi @truongsinh I'm starting a PoC with Java using your code, but I had to build the Java Finder in my machine.

Do you have plans to publish this package on Maven ? I think this would make much easier for Java users to start using your library.

@jamesvanhorn For now you can do it but using the .jar found in the releases

Or you manually generate the .jar downloaded the repo
