Allow setting Version when on snapshot publish/update/switch

In order to fix:

`N: Repository 'http://mirror.example.com/ubuntu jammy InRelease' changed its 'Version' value from '22.04' to ''`

It would be nice if it were possible to set the Version when publishing/updating/switching a snapshot.
