As a (Helm chart) user, I'd like to specify OPA bundles and have Starboard automagically pull and incorporate them into its scans.
For example, I'd like to be able to push an OPA bundle to a (private) GitLab OCI registry, which might require credentials, perhaps stored as a Kubernetes Secret.
