Track: CovVHTLC covenant claim support (ts-sdk #396 parity)

Summary

ts-sdk PR #396 (Kukks) introduces CovVHTLC — a new VHTLC variant with a 7th covenant tapscript leaf. Anyone holding the hash preimage can claim the VTXO without a user signature; the Arkade introspector validates output constraints (destination address + amount).

Also included: standalone covclaim watcher daemon that auto-claims on preimage reveal.
