No method for changing sample rate or sensor delay

This is not a bug, just a feature request.

For controlling advanced robots or for different applications I would like to 
change the sample rate or sensor delay of the sensors.

I see that actually ketai is using  SENSOR_DELAY_UI I would like to have the 
possibility to change it.
