[FEATURE] Add Featured Label + integration with Slack channel

Why do we need this improvement?

This improvement is needed for the following cases:

• Featured Label is required to showcase readers that they are reading a blog, which is currently being featured and is on top.
• Integration with Slack channel, regarding GitHub workflows will help us understand the current status of scripts and the quick detection of failures

How will this change help?

Integration of Github workflow status with Slack channel will help us in getting quick notifications regarding workflow health in the website repo.

• Add Featured label on each Blog card, that are marked as featured.
• Add Slack integration of Github workflows, running on master branch.
