The following sub-issues below under #529 are are merged for Bounty Q2:

Conduct usability tests and user interviews (Conduct usability tests and user interviews #1998)
Analyze and synthesize data (Analyse and synthesize data #2000)

✔ Usability testing takes effort but is more execution-based

✔ Data analysis is crucial but not as heavy as #3781
