Features:

  1. add a new topic link/button also should be available on topic list after a topic is added
  2. admin should have ability to delete a user
  3. user should be able to delete themselves
  4. indicate meeting date(s)
  5. schedule a topic for a meeting date
  6. change sessions to use db
  7. allow spaces in topics text (they seem to get lost)
  8. topics seem to be listed in no particular order. are they?
