Problem
During the upgrade process, the standby cluster may fail to reach the specified recovery_target_lsn. In such cases, the current workflow stops with an error, but no automatic rollback is performed.
Description
It would be useful to introduce a rollback mechanism for the standby cluster when recovery to the target LSN fails. This would allow make it possible to retry the process without having to redeploy the standby cluster.
