General discussion:

• All activities are now tracked on Github Projects : https://github.com/orgs/autowarefoundation/projects/7/views/1
• Added tasks related to simulators selection
• Discussion about benchmarking setup:
  • Simulation environment as agreed before is SeaTac airport created for Cargo OGG
  • Number of sensors decided to by 1 LIDAR and 1 Camera
  • LIDAR decided to be Velodyne-16, 10Hz
  • Camera initially decided to be around 800 x 600 pixels, 30Hz, more parameters like FOV to be shared by Sugwan and Tsutake-san
  • Scenario - manual driving on the airport scene. Sugwan will prepare the path
• Sugwan suggested to create a code for checking compatibility of certain simulator with Autoware
  • Agreed that we will create a discussion in Github Project and continue there
• There is a problem with opening Rosbag shared by TierIV
• Need to define Pointcloud format, message type and topic used for benchmarking

Action Items

• Sugwan to prepare the path for simulators benchmarking
• Sugwan and Tsutake-san to fill the camera description
• Tsutake-san will share the rosbag once again, together with Pointcloud data format descirption
