  • refactor(object_recognition_utils): add autoware prefix to object_recognition_utils autoware.universe#8946 (comment) (CodeBuild problems)
  • Codebuild fails due to lack of resources autoware.universe#9088
• @esteve When common packages have refactors, they cause a lot of downstream packages to be modified and a lot of codeowners are required to review them.
  • The downstream packages should not require codeowner reviews but right now we don't have a way to automatically enforce this.
  • As long as the common package owner approves it, and the build/test passes, maintainers will merge it.
  • We could also increase global code owner count to speed up this process.
