Description

I will be organizing the configuration files, as their current locations are somewhat complex and certain settings are missing.

Purpose

Maintain diagnostics settings and related modules.

Possible approaches

The following steps are required as one possible approach.

  1. move the config file directories from universe to autoware_launch
  2. fix dummy_diag_publisher bug
  3. enable dummy_diag to use same settings between vehicle and psim
  4. And mores

Definition of done

All steps has done.
