After completing the Moodle™ installation wizard successfully, the next step was to update the value of the SSM Parameter IsMoodleSetupCompleted to 'Yes'.
However, after this step, Moodle is showing a connection error.

I suspect the issue is related to the Redis configuration. I selected Redis Serverless, which has encryption in transit enabled by default. This may be causing the connection failure if Moodle isn't configured properly to use Redis with TLS.
