Describe the value this feature will add to AWS Perspective
Enterprises with multiple accounts will benefit being able to filter by account name instead of the need to remember account numbers and the account names associated with that number.

Keeping my account list in another window visible.

This is definitely something we want to do, it's been suggested in #514 so I'm going close this as a duplicate and we will track it in that issue.
