Amazon Q CLI -> Kiro CLI

Now that Amazon Q CLI is moving to Kiro CLI does that mean that this repo is effectively dead? From reading the notes, all development will be done in Kiro CLI and non in Q. And I note no material changes has been made to Q since 1st Nov, which is not the usually activity profile.
