Install

Download the vsix file(s) from "Assets" below.
- AWS Toolkit $AWS_TOOLKIT_VERSION is provided by aws-toolkit-vscode….vsix
Run Extensions: Install from VSIX... from the VSCode command palette and choose the vsix file(s).
