Can you please add the SNS topic to the Resources section? If you did not use our CloudFormation template to create your public bucket, you can use this guidance (https://github.com/aws-samples/aws-opendata-samples/blob/main/guidances/adding-sns-topic-to-roda.md ) to add the SNS topic now
