My C++ logic is copied to Resources folder in XCode project

Hello everyone,
So sorry if this is duplicated but after I setup my project in ios, I found out that all my c++ logic and Objective C are copied into Resources folder.

That section is not correct, as it is only meant for resources, so it should be left as-is unless you have a specific reason to change it:

Also, this section:

This is for your source code, so "Content" folders should not be in this list. Also, is there a reason you changed it from the default? The default is:

set(GAME_INC_DIRS
  "${CMAKE_CURRENT_SOURCE_DIR}/Source"
)

Keeping it like that would be better for your code, especially if you have more than one file with the same name, but in different folders. For example:

/Source/Config/SomeFile1.h
and
/Source/Helper/SomeFile1.h

If you try to include "SomeFile1.h", you would end up doing this:
#include "SomeFile1.h"

That may be include the incorrect file, since you have added both Config and Helper directories in the include search list.

If you leave it as this:

set(GAME_INC_DIRS
  "${CMAKE_CURRENT_SOURCE_DIR}/Source"
)

Then you would need to specify the path to the file, so for example:
#include "Config/SomeFile1.h"
and
#include "Helper/SomeFile1.h"

That way you would always be including the correct file.
