A newer version of this data (for SAEV) will have all the holes filled in, but we will have some titles for which there are clear gaps in the data (would you like me to send you the new version of SAEV, once I've checked those weird data points?). We actually don't need anything like a dotted line (though if that's easier, go with it). You could merely leave sections with no data as a gap. We will have notes on those, so we may want to display them, either in the tooltip, or below the chart.
