ClaimsTransformation extract stringcollection from json array

How do I extract a string collection if I have a json like:
[
{ key:key1, value:value1},
{ key:key2, value:value2},
........
{ key:keyN, value:valueN},
]

I need the transformed claim to be like [value1,value2,...valueN]
