In Kubernetes deployments, there can be a single log agent per host to collect logs from all pods running in that host (e.g. fluent-bit daemonset). Therefore, it is necessary to include the product name in each log entry to identify Ballerina logs. If we can add a label like "product: wso2ballerina" to the generated k8s deployment file, it will be included in logs emitted by Ballerina pods.
