Low volume when headset connected during boot (Catalina 10.15.7) #68

I noticed that the volume in my headphones tend to be lower after rebooting my device with it connected. It seems to be working normal though after i unplug and re-plug the headphones. Similar issue using different headsets, and the workaround applies well to all of them.
