Having Serious Performance issues and very weird touchpad Please Guide.

Even chrome takes too much time to just move between tabs, Also touchpad is janky and not actually useful at all.
Please guide what should I do in this matter.

I don't use the x230 touchpad at all. I disabled it through bios, downloaded this app called Mos to control scroll speed and I use the trackpoint instead.

I believe the best way to go about this issue is for you to record a video of the issue and then share it here. Along with your EFI Folder for review purposes.
