move tests to base-test-suite #22
Description
To be able to test base-based (huh) apps. Currently there are only for assemble-core and templates i believe? There have some base dir, which contains more nested dirs finally with just one example.txt file.
Also the plugins specific tests to separate directory to test only base plugins. So, 1) all current tests in one dir, 2) only plugin specific in other. That's why because we will be able to have very stable ecosystem if each plugin runs through these two suites + his own tests. Needs some changes in base-test-runner, not very clear in my mind but we have time to this.
