Laptop stuck on booting after omarchy update

I installed omarchy around 1 month ago, I update it just now. got quite a lot of updates and in the middle it restart my laptop and now im stuck here. is it safe to force restart?

*update, I have waited for 2 hours and it just stay like this.
I force restart and then it open omarchy lock screen. i enter password and then it back to this LENOVO screen
