Help needed: disable global <C-;> shortcut

Hey! Let me say first: thank you for the distro.

I stumbled upon issue with <C-;> shortcut that whenever I edit text (neovim, browser address bar, etc.) triggers menu as depicted on screen recording below 👇🏻

I can't find neither what program this exactly is nor how to disable it, therefore kindly asking for your help.
