separate scaling of applications, icons, fonts and terminal

in config/hypr/monitors.conf I can scale everything all at once. I would like to have different scaling for chromium (I know it has it's own scaling, but I mean the default, before the application opens), for file icons (again defaults, not changing it manually per session), for in app text, for the terminal font. How would I do that?
