One other option could be relying on a prompt tool such as walker. Walker should be able to work as input with I personally use But again, these considerations would solve the prompt issue. But not the rest bindings Omarchy already has in place. |

Currently, if you want to create/jump to a workspace number 12, you need to do it via the command line with:
This works. Just like it would work for workspace number 1, 2, etc.
But if you want the workspace 12, or 32, you lack the keys in the keyboard to rely on shortcuts such as SUPER + $NUM.
Hyprland's submaps could work—haven't tested yet. But there are a bunch of other workspace-related bindings that need to be discussed.
Personally, my make shift solution was creating a
create-workspacescript:And then a bind like:
And also a windowrule just so it prompts with a floating window:
So what happens when I press SUPER + CTRL + = is that a new, and small, terminal window is opened asking for a workspace number. I enter 12 and press enter and jump to workspace 12. Or 32, or whatever.
This serves the purpose of unlocking workspaces beyond a certain point, but I believe this requires extra thought and maturity.
How would you approach this?
