Emergency/Temporary Minimal Visual Setup for Hyprland

I sometimes need to switch from my normal setup to the most minimal visual Hyprland config "temporarily" to save energy that means manually editing multiple conf files etc...and reloading the config. redoing this every time is slow and inconvenient. A visual mode conf that can be toggled on/off temporarily would be a better alternative
