How to modify matter power spectrum

Dear everyone,
I want to modify the matter power spectrum used by MontePython. The intended modification involves multiplying the power spectrum by a function A(s), where 's' represents the parameter I'm about to fit with MontePython. Where should I make these modifications to the matter power spectrum, and how should I go about implementing these changes?

This github repository is no longer being maintained, please use the one at https://github.com/brinckmann/montepython_public .
