Feature request: Reorder To-Read List

When books make it on the To-Read list (i.e. the small set of books I plan to read in the next few weeks), I typically want manual control over the order in which they appear. Consider making the sorting options do a one-time rearrangement and making the list draggable or otherwise reorderable.
