Feature request: Make Series more prominent in the UI

There's a link to view all the books in a series from the book's information page, but the Series itself isn't surfaced elsewhere. Consider some/all of the following enhancements around series:

• A Series page that shows all the series for which books are in the library
• Collapsing books in the Library page to show the series instead of the individual books
• Ability for series to contain other series (e.g. Heralds of Valdemar, which is composed of many duologies/trilogies in the same world)
