Is there any way to generate a lock file with bzlmod crate universe from_spec? #3159

We are using crate_universe with from_spec where we don't use the Cargo.toml files at all. Also our dependency tree is a bit more complicated for various reasons and we are mixing different dependencies with rust outside of cargo.

However, for some rust audit it would be beneficial to have a lockfile. Is it possible to generate a lockfile with this setup?
