Great, sorry for the delayed response. SocialEyes tries to identify when there's a sensor or recording failure and highlights it as a red indicator. In earlier versions of Companion app, it wasn't possible to shut off the red light that turns on in such failure cases so we added this as a way to detect the red light on the TUI and the operator can deal with it using troubleshooting ops like restarting the app. This is important because the red light is a huge distractor for the wearer and interferes with the study.
