Is this possible to embed a searchbar to another page?

Hi!
Thanks to your awesome project I am now able to search from my homeserver! Can I embed the search bar to another page?

Whoogle is on who.domain.tld, my homepage is domain.tld, I want to have a search bar on my homepage that redirects to who.domain.tld. How do I best do this?
