Add username next to the clock

- Like lichess does, check https://github.com/benckx/elephantchess.io/issues/73 for the screenshot
- Then I guess we can remove the "red player" and "black player" thingy on the left (which will leave more space for chat)
- should we have usernames on either side of the move history? and the clock as well? exactly like lichess does?
