Server users can't use /hunts to see the GUI

i installed it on our server and everything works fine for me as an operator but somehow all the other users cannot use the command and see the GUI as to which Pokémon they need to catch

also i would like the hunt to became indefinitely so they always have something to hunt, is this possible?
