Job retry action doesn't work

This may be an intermittent thing but I don't recall a time that this action ever worked. Here's a demo:

I'm currently using the reschedule button instead, which does reliably work.

It should work if the jobs selected are retryable; jobs on the Discarded tab.

I dunno a good UI pattern for mass-action that indicates whether the action is valid for a given row. If you select the actions dropdown for an individual row it will display the valid actions for that job in its state.

I'm confused: I would expect that jobs on the retried tab would be manually retry-able. Especially given that they are going to be retried automatically (as shown in the video).

If the retry button is non-sensical on that tab, perhaps it should be removed.
