Test unidentified spectra with human database

I have created a database with 7M of previously identified spectra ftp://ftp.pride.ebi.ac.uk/pride/data/proteogenomics/projects/mslookup/human-092020/. Would be great to do an experiment for the paper as follow:

• Take a dataset from the paper.
• Search with MaxQuant.
• Get a list of identified spectra and search using mslookup and the database created. Annotated all the spectra previously identified.
• Get a list of unidentified spectra search using mslookup and the database created. Annotated all the spectra unidentified that has been previously identified in the database deposited.
