Entrypoint of ibaqpy not working [pypi version 0.0.4]

I tried to install from pypi https://github.com/bigbio/ibaqpy/releases/tag/v0.0.4

>>> ibaqpy
command not found: ibaqpy
>>> python -m ibaqpy
No module named ibaqpy.__main__; 'ibaqpy' is a package and cannot be directly executed

so the entrypoint does not seem to be set properly.

It's a documentation issue looking at pyprojecttoml: entrypoint is ibaqpyc not ibaqpy as said in the README.
