Provide an example for a TMT, LFQ and DIA with the current representation #36
Description
We have to provide three different datasets in the current quantms.io format:
- DIA-LFQ
- DDA-LFQ
- plexDDA
In addition to the data in quantms.io we should provide the corresponding SDRF, mzTab, msstats in. The idea is to facilitate other developers and contributors to benchmark other types of representations such as matrix-based compare with the current representation.
